Indoor frisbee trick shots and ultimate frisbee juggling. Potential world record for multiple juggling tricks in this video using 175 gram Ultra-Star discs. Behind the back and shower juggling trick may have never been landed before with regulation ultimate discs. Ultimate discs are shaped similar to rings, but rings are a lot easier because you can catch both sides equally and have a more balanced weight. For this reason most jugglers just use rings if they want the object to be this shape. Through my searching I couldn't find any video of anyone doing these tricks with an ultimate frisbee disc. Potentially the first to land them.
